A bit of history: As the Boulder Chamber celebrates Women Who Light the Community, it’s good to remember how important they’ve been in building our economy. Fact is, women pioneered computing and computer programming, from Ada Lovelace to the women who programmed the ENIAC, helped guide the Apollo 11 mission, and helped develop the Apple Mac. And of course, women in Boulder are heavily involved in modern computing and internet services.
